Meeting Spot: Downhill ski area car park of Cypress Mountain
Difficulty: Easy (ish), short but steep
Location: Cypress Mountain, West Vancouver
Length: 4km round-trip
Elevation Gain: 110 meters
Dog friendly: On-Leash

Highlights: stunning view of Howe Sound & out towards Bowen Island, Yew lake, stellarjay birds
Suitable for: families with children aged 5 and up who can hike uphill along a series of switchbacks, babies in carriers
Schedule: 10am hike from car park to view point, rest for 30 minutes with snacks, hike back down via Yew Lake route
